These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between fabaji and its users. They apply to the use of the fabaji website (fabaji.net) and all services offered through it.

After registration, fabaji may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

One Account Policy: Only one fabaji account is permitted per household or device. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not allowed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and use fabaji's services. Providing a false date of birth during registration will be treated as fraud and will result in account termination.

Fabaji is unable to provide services to the following individuals:

• Individuals previously banned by fabaji
• Fabaji employees and their immediate family members
• Self-excluded individuals

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement — typically 20 to 40 times the bonus amount
• Wagering on eligible games must be completed while the bonus is active
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to terms and conditions before withdrawal

Fabaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and the bonus along with any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Regarding Sports Betting & Match Odds:

• If the odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply

• In the event of a technical error during live betting, fabaji's decision will be considered final

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fabaji and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Hacking, bots, or any automated software usage
• Exploiting any technical glitch or error in the game system
• Threatening or harassing other players
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward fabaji staff
• Collusion or cheating in cooperation with other players
• Use of a false identity or fraudulent documents

Fabaji reserves the right to suspend any account without notice if suspicious activity is detected. Should the investigation confirm the violation, all balances will be forfeited.

Fabaji may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated,
• If false information is provided during KYC verification
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
• In cases of self-exclusion requested by the player
• For legal or regulatory reasons

You can also close your fabaji account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

A maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts after 12 months. This fee will never exceed the total available balance in the account.

Fabaji strives to maintain the highest level of reliability; however, our liability may be limited in certain circumstances:

• If a game is cancelled due to a lost internet connection
• If a disruption occurs due to an issue with a third-party server or game provider
• In the event of losses caused by an unexpected technical error
• If the security of a user's own account is compromised

Under no circumstances shall fabaji's liability to any user exceed the amount of direct losses incurred. fabaji is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Fabaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide 7 days' notice via your registered email or through the site.

Continuing to use the service after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using fabaji and contact our support team to close your account.

In the event of a dispute, fabaji will first attempt to resolve the matter internally. If no resolution is reached, the case will be referred to a neutral third-party arbitrator. Complaints may also be submitted to fabaji's licensing authority.
